Digital Marketing Head

Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Lead to join our team at the Islamabad office. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of the latest digital marketing trends and strategies. This role focuses on managing social media campaigns, crafting engaging content, and analyzing performance data to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement. Excellent communication skills, creativity, and at least two years of relevant experience are essential to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities
Developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across multiple platforms to strengthen the company’s brand presence will be a primary responsibility. You will create, curate, and oversee published content—including images, videos, and written posts—that foster meaningful connections and encourage active community participation. Optimizing company pages on various social media channels to maximize visibility and reach is also critical.

You will continuously monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, applying these insights to improve engagement and brand recognition. Planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertisements on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, will be part of your role. Collaboration with internal teams to design visually appealing content is expected to ensure consistency and creativity.

Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) will help you provide actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement. Staying updated on the latest social media best practices and emerging technologies is necessary to maintain a competitive edge. Promptly responding to queries and comments on social media channels will help maintain a positive brand image.

You will also develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting. Working with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the company’s reach and engagement is another important aspect of this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. A graduation degree is mandatory. Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, is essential. Strong creative and analytical abilities are required to develop compelling content and interpret data effectively.

Proficiency in social media advertising and analytics tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite is necessary. The ability to create engaging, shareable content that resonates with target audiences is critical. Excellent listening skills, along with strong problem analysis and problem-solving capabilities, are important for addressing challenges effectively.

Effective project management and time management skills are required to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A solid understanding of SEO principles and their application to social media content will enhance campaign success.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Completion of A-level and O-level education is preferred. Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is considered an advantage. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Islamabad.

We offer a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs80,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
