Job Summary
Mohkaab Enterprise, a progressive IT company based in Lahore, is looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Expert to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role is a fantastic opportunity to elevate our digital footprint and engage a broad audience across multiple social platforms. The ideal candidate will bring over three years of hands-on experience in social media management, with particular expertise in TikTok Shop. Working onsite from 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, you will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, boosting engagement, and increasing sales through creative and strategic social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for creating, managing, and expanding our TikTok Shop account by developing and executing compelling content strategies, including short-form videos and product showcases. Maintaining consistent audience engagement is essential, so you will plan and schedule regular posts across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with influencers and content creators to generate user-generated content (UGC) tailored specifically for TikTok Shop. Monitoring social media trends and analyzing campaign performance will help you adapt strategies to maximize results.
Managing paid social advertising campaigns is another critical aspect, with a focus on TikTok Ads and Meta Ads to enhance reach and conversions. Active engagement with followers by responding to messages and comments will foster a vibrant and interactive community.
You will also collaborate with design and product teams to ensure social media efforts align with broader marketing campaigns. Staying informed about competitor activities and industry developments will help identify new growth opportunities. Additionally, you will analyze key performance indicators and prepare regular reports to evaluate the success of social media initiatives. Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging platforms is essential to maintain a competitive edge.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field. Proven experience in social media management is required, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates successful campaigns and account growth. A deep understanding of various social media platforms and management tools is essential.
