Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Client Services Representative to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support by managing correspondence, coordinating daily activities, and assisting team members with various clerical duties. This position requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Word, and a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar administrative role.

Key Responsibilities
The Client Services Representative will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks that keep the office running efficiently. This includes handling mailing, scanning, and copying of important documents. Regular follow-ups with clients are essential to maintain timely communication and resolve any queries they may have.

You will prepare, manage, and file official documents and reports, primarily using MS Word, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards. Supporting the planning and execution of office activities, meetings, and events will also be part of your duties.

Managing incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication professionally and promptly is crucial to maintaining a positive client and team experience. You will maintain accurate records of office expenses, client interactions, and other key documentation, which supports transparency and accountability.

Supporting team members with daily administrative tasks such as managing appointments, schedules, and travel arrangements will be expected. Additionally, you will assist in the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.

Managing office supplies and inventory to ensure the office remains well-stocked is another important responsibility. Coordination with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supply needs will also fall under your purview.

Finally, you will assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, contributing to informed decision-making and effective communication within the organization.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar administrative or client services role is required to ensure familiarity with office operations and client interaction.

Proficiency in MS Word and other Microsoft Office applications is essential for document preparation and communication. Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary to handle client interactions and internal correspondence effectively.

Excellent organizational and time management skills are critical to managing multiple tasks efficiently. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask without compromising quality are also key attributes for success in this role.

Work Location and Employment Details
This is a full-time, on-site position located in DHA Phase 2, Islamabad. The role requires physical presence to effectively support office operations and team collaboration. The monthly salary range for this position is Rs45,000 to Rs60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
