Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned finance professional with a robust background in finance, accounting, economics, or banking to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring 7 to 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in relationship management and credit analysis within a financial institution. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and promoting long-term collaboration.
- Perform detailed credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of clients, enabling informed and prudent lending decisions.
- Work closely with internal teams to design and implement customized financial solutions that meet client requirements and align with their risk profiles.
- Regularly monitor and review client portfolios to identify emerging risks and opportunities for growth or improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to support credit decisions, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal standards.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes that could impact credit risk management and client relationship strategies.

Required Qualifications
- A university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on relationship management and credit analysis within a financial institution.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and credit data accurately.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build, maintain, and enhance client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools commonly used for credit analysis, reporting, and portfolio management.
