Job Summary
We are looking for a talented WordPress Frontend Developer to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for crafting visually appealing and user-friendly websites using WordPress. This role requires close collaboration with our design team to deliver high-quality web solutions that align with client expectations, while maintaining optimal site performance and adhering to SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customized WordPress websites that meet specific client requirements.
- Work closely with the design team to translate creative concepts into engaging and intuitive website interfaces.
- Produce clean, well-structured, and thoroughly documented code to ensure ease of maintenance and scalability.
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and search engine visibility to enhance user experience and ranking.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime or disruptions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in WordPress development to continually improve site quality and functionality.

Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a WordPress Developer.
- Strong proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience implementing responsive design principles and a mobile-first development approach.
- Solid understanding of web performance optimization techniques and SEO fundamentals.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git, to manage code efficiently.
- Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
- This is a full-time, in-person role offering a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,000 to Rs100,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
