HR Executive (junior)

Job Summary
We are looking for a committed Recruitment Specialist to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle within our organization. The successful candidate will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure we attract and hire top talent. This position demands excellent organizational skills to efficiently coordinate interviews and maintain precise records of candidate and employee data. The role is based at our office in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 18 and requires availability for the evening shift.

Key Responsibilities
The Recruitment Specialist will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes creating and posting job advertisements, sourcing potential candidates through various channels, and conducting initial screenings to evaluate if applicants meet the minimum job criteria. The specialist will be responsible for shortlisting qualified candidates and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

Maintaining an internal database of qualified candidates is essential to support current and future recruitment needs. The role also involves meticulous record-keeping, ensuring that all candidate and employee information is accurately updated and stored in both electronic and digital formats. This attention to detail helps maintain compliance and supports efficient HR operations.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end, demonstrating the ability to effectively screen and assess applications. Strong communication skills are crucial for liaising with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring clear and timely information exchange throughout the recruitment cycle.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in database management and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, availability to work the evening shift from 4 PM to 1 AM is mandatory. Please note, this position is open to male candidates only.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time role offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000. The work environment is professional and based in-person at our office located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 18.
