YouTube Content Creator (Intern)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated YouTube Content Creator to join our team and contribute to the growth of our YouTube channel through the creation of engaging short-form videos. In this role, you will be responsible for researching trending topics, producing high-quality video content, presenting ideas effectively, and editing videos to captivate our audience. This position offers valuable hands-on experience in digital content creation, including video production, SEO optimization, and channel growth strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research on video topics while staying up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends and audience interests.
- Assist in drafting concise scripts or video outlines that guide the content creation process.
- Edit videos using CapCut or similar video editing software; training will be provided if necessary.
- Create visually appealing video thumbnails using Canva or comparable design tools to attract viewers.
- Upload videos with carefully optimized SEO titles, tags, and descriptions to maximize visibility and reach.
- Monitor video performance metrics regularly and support the development of strategies aimed at increasing channel growth and engagement.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Graphic Designing, or a related discipline.
- Familiarity with CapCut or similar video editing software is essential.
- Basic understanding of social media trends, platforms, and techniques to engage audiences effectively.
- A genuine passion for YouTube and video content creation.
- Strong creative writing skills paired with a good visual sense to enhance video storytelling.
