We are currently looking for a confident and energetic Front Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on Architecture and Design Services and requires being the first point of contact for clients visiting our office, representing our offerings with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities
The Front Sales Representative will warmly welcome and assist walk-in clients, providing detailed information about our comprehensive range of services. This includes explaining our expertise in architecture planning, interior design, website development, and mobile application design clearly and effectively. You will handle initial client inquiries and coordinate appointments with the relevant internal teams to ensure a smooth client experience. Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and reception area is essential to uphold our company’s professional image. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up with potential clients and accurately logging all client interactions into our customer relationship management (CRM) system to support ongoing communication and business development.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a front-facing sales or receptionist role. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as the role demands confident engagement with clients. A presentable appearance combined with a positive and energetic attitude is necessary to create a welcoming environment. The ability to work on-site at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi is mandatory, as this position requires direct interaction with clients and internal teams.
