Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The Management Trainee Officer will assist the operations team in managing daily business activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflows. The role requires maintaining consistent communication with senior management and team leads to ensure alignment of operational objectives.

Additionally, the trainee will participate in internal assessments aimed at evaluating and improving processes and overall team performance. Preparing reports, presentations, and other operational documentation will be a regular part of the job. The candidate is also expected to contribute ideas for operational improvements and foster innovation within the team. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
