Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience to manage Umrah and international travel packages. The successful candidate will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the role’s responsibilities and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced travel industry environment. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary. Key Responsibilities
The Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating Umrah and worldwide travel packages efficiently. This includes handling customer inquiries by providing detailed and accurate information about travel itineraries and available packages. The role involves close liaison with travel agents, service providers, and clients to ensure smooth operations throughout the booking and travel process.

You will oversee all booking procedures, ensuring that documentation is complete and compliant with relevant travel regulations. Maintaining accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions is essential to support operational transparency and customer service excellence.

Additionally, you will assist in developing and promoting travel packages to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Addressing and resolving any customer issues or complaints promptly is critical to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in the travel industry, specifically managing Umrah and international travel packages. A comprehensive understanding of the duties and responsibilities associated with an Executive role in travel package management is essential.

Strong organizational abilities and excellent communication skills are required to manage multiple tasks and interact effectively with clients and partners. The candidate must be able to work full-time in an in-person capacity, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the role.
