We are currently seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our pharmacy team and ensure the highest standards of service and operational excellence at our Lahore location.

Key Responsibilities
As the Branch Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of pharmacy professionals, including pharmacists and assistants, to consistently deliver outstanding customer service while achieving sales targets. You will ensure that the branch operates in strict compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of safety and ethics.

Effective inventory management will be a critical part of your role. You will oversee stock control and pharmaceutical product ordering to maintain optimal inventory levels, preventing both shortages and overstock situations. Supervising the prescription dispensing process is essential to guarantee accuracy and adherence to legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring patient safety at all times.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns, addressing them promptly and professionally to uphold high satisfaction levels. Additionally, you will analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth and operational improvements.

Collaboration with the marketing team will be key to your success. You will help develop and implement promotional campaigns, loyalty programs, and community engagement activities designed to increase customer retention and expand the branch’s reach within the local community.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. Proven managerial experience within the retail sector is essential, demonstrating the ability to lead teams and manage operations effectively.
