Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Quality Assurance Specialist to uphold the integrity and effectiveness of our B2B sales processes. This pivotal role focuses on monitoring sales activities to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of sales methodologies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams. Your efforts will be instrumental in enhancing sales performance and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate B2B sales calls and CRM activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements. You will identify performance gaps and actively contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at elevating sales effectiveness.

Provide constructive feedback and training to sales representatives, focusing on refining their sales techniques, expanding product knowledge, and improving customer service skills. Support the onboarding process and quality assurance for new sales team members, ensuring they ramp up efficiently and maintain high standards from the outset.

Stay current with industry best practices and updates related to our products and services to inform quality assurance efforts. Analyze sales data and generate detailed reports that highlight quality trends, insights, and actionable recommendations for leadership and sales teams.

Collaborate closely with team leads and account managers to develop or refine QA scorecards, KPIs, metrics, and training materials that align with business goals. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging open communication about quality issues and initiatives.

Work alongside team leads and account managers to identify specific training needs and design targeted programs that address those gaps, enhancing overall team competency and performance.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field is required. Candidates should have proven experience in sales, customer service, or quality assurance roles, preferably within the sales industry.

Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot is essential, along with familiarity with QA tools like Observe.AI, Gong, or Chorus. Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are critical for providing clear, objective, and supportive feedback.

A solid understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management principles is necessary. The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment is expected.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail will enable you to identify issues and implement solutions that improve sales quality and compliance.

Additional Information
This is a full-time, in-person role with working hours from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. The position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the sales team’s success by ensuring high-quality standards and fostering a culture of continuous development.
