Royal Solar Energy (RSE), a leading company in the solar energy sector with major operations in Lahore and Multan, is looking for a motivated City Sales Manager to lead and grow sales efforts in Sargodha. RSE operates some of the largest solar warehouses in the region and offers a wide range of products, including its own branded inverters. The ideal candidate will focus on driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and increasing brand awareness within the city. This full-time role requires working on-site in Sargodha from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the Sargodha market to attract and convert potential customers.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to deliver compelling sales presentations and pitches.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads, ensuring timely follow-ups to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date client database for efficient relationship management and tracking.
- Qualify leads based on market segment, budget, and conversion likelihood.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets specific to the city.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, local influencers, and key decision-makers to support business growth.
- Leverage local market insights and connections to generate demand and expand market reach.
- Promote RSE’s brand visibility and reputation within the target market.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the solar energy or related industries.
