Beverage Order Taker – Wholesale & Retail

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Beverage Order Taker to join our Wholesale and Retail team based in Lahore. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales and the beverage industry and want to contribute to a fast-paced FMCG environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily orders, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of delivery and payment processes. Key Responsibilities
The Beverage Order Taker will be responsible for efficiently and accurately taking daily orders from both retail and wholesale shops. Building and maintaining strong relationships with shopkeepers and distributors is essential to encourage repeat business and secure long-term partnerships. The role also involves ensuring that products are properly placed and visible at client locations to maximize sales potential. Following up on deliveries and payments is critical to maintaining smooth operational flow. Additionally, the candidate will be required to report daily visits and sales activities to management for monitoring and analysis purposes.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum education level of Matriculation, although Intermediate qualification is preferred. Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to persuade and convince clients effectively. The candidate must own a bike to facilitate daily visits and order collection, ensuring mobility and timely service.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Prior experience in FMCG or beverage sales will be considered an advantage and will help the candidate adapt quickly to the role. The salary package includes a basic pay of PKR 60,000 along with a fuel allowance to cover transportation costs. In addition to the fixed salary, attractive performance-based incentives ranging from PKR 45,000 to 50,000 are offered, rewarding individual achievements and contributions.
