Top Solutions Travel Agency, a leading Hajj and Umrah specialist based in the USA, is seeking a dedicated Hajj & Umrah Travel Consultant to join its Lahore office located in Johar Town. This full-time role requires working night shifts from 8 PM to 5 AM. The consultant will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire process of planning and organizing their spiritual journeys. This includes managing sales, customizing travel packages, handling logistics such as flights, hotels, and visas, and providing continuous customer support to ensure a smooth and memorable pilgrimage experience.
Key Responsibilities
The Hajj & Umrah Travel Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking tailored travel packages that meet their specific needs. This involves managing all travel logistics, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and visa processing. The consultant will also offer expert advice on Hajj and Umrah rituals as well as Saudi Arabian travel regulations to ensure clients comply with all requirements for a hassle-free journey.
Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients throughout the travel process is essential. The consultant will promptly address inquiries, resolve any issues, and keep clients informed at every stage. Efficient use of booking systems to manage reservations and maintain accurate records is a critical part of the role. Additionally, the consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate travel arrangements and uphold the agency’s high standards of client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of two years’ experience in travel sales, preferably with a background in Hajj and Umrah travel. A thorough understanding of the rituals involved in Hajj and Umrah, along with knowledge of Saudi Arabian travel regulations and halal travel requirements, is essential. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required to communicate effectively with clients and partners.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Candidates should also be proficient in using travel booking systems and capable of managing multiple client itineraries simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
