HR Executive (junior)

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle within our organization. This role involves managing job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and maintaining a comprehensive database of qualified applicants. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process. This position is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 18 and requires working evening hours from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities
The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes creating and posting job openings across appropriate channels to attract suitable candidates. You will screen and assess applications to ensure candidates meet the minimum job requirements before shortlisting them for further evaluation. Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers and interviewers is essential to facilitate timely and informed hiring decisions. Additionally, you will maintain and regularly update an internal database of qualified candidates to support both current and future recruitment needs. Ensuring smooth communication between all stakeholders involved in the hiring process is a critical part of this role.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should have proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a preference for those who have handled full-cycle recruitment processes. A strong ability to evaluate candidates effectively against job criteria is essential. Excellent communication and coordination skills are required to liaise efficiently with hiring teams and candidates alike. The candidate must be comfortable working evening shifts, specifically from 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Please note that this position is open to male candidates only.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person role located in Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 18. The working hours are fixed evening shifts, providing a unique schedule for professionals who prefer or require this timing. The salary range for this position is Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 35,000 per month, reflecting the responsibilities and experience required.
