We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Support and Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on managing customer interactions across multiple digital channels, delivering accurate and timely information about our products and services, and implementing social media strategies to strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at using social media management tools, and have a strong ability to analyze and optimize advertising campaigns for better engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via the company’s official WhatsApp numbers, email, and various social media platforms. Ensuring effective resolution of issues while maintaining a positive customer experience is essential.

You will be expected to communicate detailed and clear information about the company’s products and services, helping customers make informed decisions. Staying well-informed about the latest product offerings and company policies is crucial to providing accurate and reliable support.

On the social media front, you will manage and schedule posts across platforms using Meta Business Suite, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery. You will also be responsible for boosting posts and monitoring their performance to maximize reach and engagement.

Additionally, creating, running, and managing Meta advertising campaigns will be a key part of your role. This includes continuously tracking campaign performance, analyzing data insights, and adjusting strategies to optimize results and improve return on investment.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related discipline. Strong communication skills are essential, including the ability to follow up effectively and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.

Experience with social media platforms such as WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn is required. Proficiency in Meta Business Suite is critical, particularly in running and managing Meta ads to support marketing objectives.

Competency in Microsoft Office applications, with an emphasis on MS Excel, is necessary to handle reporting and data analysis tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
