This onsite role focuses on managing Amazon accounts and providing vital administrative support for our e-commerce operations targeting the US market. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational abilities, a thorough understanding of the Amazon marketplace, and the capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
The Amazon Virtual Assistant will be responsible for managing e-commerce stores aimed at the US market, ensuring all daily tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule. Maintaining accurate records and preparing regular reports on account performance and inventory status is essential to this role. The candidate will handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Conducting ongoing market research and competitive analysis to keep up with trends and consumer demands is a critical part of this position. A strong knowledge of Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and seller metrics is required to maintain compliance and optimize store performance.
