Key Responsibilities
The Video Editing Specialist will be responsible for editing short-form videos that highlight current trends, feature smooth transitions, and maximize viewer engagement. You will also produce polished, professional long-form content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Enhancing videos with animations, text overlays, and visual effects to strengthen the narrative impact is a crucial part of the role.

Staying updated on the latest video editing trends and techniques is essential to consistently deliver fresh and innovative content. Collaboration with the creative team is key to ensuring all videos meet brand standards and campaign goals. Additionally, you will optimize video outputs for various social media platforms, maintaining high-quality visuals and sound across different formats.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate proven experience with a strong portfolio that includes both short- and long-form video projects. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent editing and design tools is mandatory. A solid understanding of video formats, pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling principles is required to produce compelling content.

The ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines is critical for success in this role. Attention to detail and a passion for video storytelling will set you apart.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience with 3D animation or color grading will be considered a significant advantage. This is a full-time position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000. The workweek consists of 35 hours, Monday through Friday, with winter hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM and summer hours from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM, including a one-hour break.

The role is based on-site at the Commercial Market in Rawalpindi, providing a collaborative environment where you can work closely with the team. In-person attendance is required to ensure smooth communication and project execution.

Applicants should be prepared to submit scanned copies of essential documents during the hiring process, including CNIC (both sides), father or guardian’s CNIC (both sides), educational certificates, experience certificates, domicile certificate, and passport copy.
