Job Summary
Riuman International is looking for enthusiastic and driven International Tele Sales Agents to join our expanding team. Based in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, the position focuses on engaging with customers in the UAE market to promote telecom services and products from leading providers such as DU and Etisalat. Key Responsibilities
As an International Tele Sales Agent, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound sales calls targeting potential customers within the UAE market. You will actively promote DU and Etisalat telecom services and products, ensuring that you effectively communicate their benefits to prospective clients. Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be a critical part of your role.

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers is essential, as is delivering exceptional sales service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to promptly address customer queries, providing accurate and helpful information to support their decision-making process. Your ability to engage customers professionally and persuasively will directly contribute to the company’s growth and success.

Additional Details
The position follows a morning shift schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pakistan Time, operating six days a week from Monday to Saturday. The salary range for this role is between Rs30,000 and Rs40,000 per month, with starting pay at Rs35,000.
