Job Summary
PACE Engineering, located in Karachi, is inviting applications from fresh graduates and diploma holders in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering for an exciting onsite, full-time opportunity. This role is ideal for candidates who are familiar with Karachi’s industrial areas and are looking to kickstart their engineering careers. The position is initially offered on a six-month contract basis with a monthly stipend of up to Rs30,000. Candidates must be based in Karachi to be eligible for this role.

Key Responsibilities
As a trainee engineer, you will be actively involved in various engineering tasks and projects under close supervision. Your role will include supporting the engineering team in daily operations within an industrial setting, applying your theoretical knowledge to practical onsite assignments across Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines. Strict adherence to safety and operational protocols in Karachi’s industrial zones is essential. Additionally, you will participate in learning and development activities designed to enhance your technical skills and deepen your understanding of the industry.

Required Qualifications
Applicants must be fresh graduates or diploma holders (DAE) in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering. Residency in Karachi is mandatory, as the role requires onsite presence and a full-time commitment, working six days a week. Familiarity with the industrial zones of Karachi is a key requirement, ensuring that candidates can navigate and adapt quickly to the work environment.
