Skyscrapers is seeking a professional and personable Retail Sales Executive to join the Kollekt furniture project. This role is a vital blend of customer service and sales, requiring an individual who can effectively engage with walk-in clients, understand their furniture needs, and guide them through the buying process. As the showroom’s primary point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and delivering a seamless, positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers at the showroom’s front desk with professionalism and warmth. Understanding each customer’s unique requirements is crucial, as you will provide tailored recommendations on furniture products that best meet their needs. Clearly explaining product features, benefits, and pricing will help customers make informed decisions. Your ability to generate and close sales through personalized service will directly impact the showroom’s success.

Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment is also part of your duties, ensuring that the space reflects the brand’s quality and attention to detail. Throughout the entire buying journey, you will deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns to guarantee customer satisfaction. Accurate documentation and record-keeping of customer interactions and sales transactions are essential to support smooth operations and follow-up activities.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse customers. Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Previous experience in front desk operations, retail, or showroom sales is highly preferred, as it will allow you to quickly adapt and contribute to the team. This is a full-time, office-based position located in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad. The role requires a commitment to working six days per week with shifts lasting 10 hours each day. The monthly compensation for this position is up to Rs40,000.
