Job Summary
Eshalgroup.ae is seeking a skilled Facebook Ads Specialist to join their on-site team in Karachi. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer who is passionate about designing, optimizing, and scaling comprehensive Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. The specialist will be responsible for driving consistent growth in return on ad spend (ROAS) and supporting new product launches through strategic campaign management and detailed performance analysis. Key Responsibilities
The Facebook Ads Specialist will manage full-funnel campaigns across all stages: top-of-funnel (TOF), middle-of-funnel (MOF), and bottom-of-funnel (BOF). You will be expected to build and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable results. A critical goal is to achieve a minimum of 3× ROAS on new product tests by identifying winning products and scaling them profitably.
Testing plays a vital role in this position. You will experiment with different creative concepts, audience segments, and ad placements to maximize campaign effectiveness. Daily analysis of key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), add-to-cart (ATC), and ROAS will be essential. Based on these insights, you will make timely adjustments to improve campaign performance.
Rapid scaling of high-performing campaigns and the prompt discontinuation of underperforming ones will be part of your routine. Collaboration is also key; you will work closely with product and creative teams to refine marketing strategies and enhance overall campaign outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns specifically for e-commerce brands. A proven track record of consistently achieving at least 3× ROAS on new product tests is essential.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making are required to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also necessary to collaborate effectively with internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
