Key Responsibilities
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with Jacked Nutrition’s overall business goals. This includes identifying dependable suppliers, negotiating competitive pricing, and establishing contracts that guarantee quality products, timely deliveries, and cost efficiency.

A key part of the role is forecasting purchasing trends by analyzing sales data, inventory levels, and seasonal demand patterns to ensure optimal stock management. The manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Inventory, Finance, Retail, Warehouse, and E-commerce to accurately assess material needs and budget constraints.

Regular evaluation of supplier performance and maintaining strong vendor relationships are essential to ensure a consistent and reliable supply chain. The role also involves monitoring purchase orders and delivery schedules to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

Ensuring compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant legal regulations is critical. The Procurement Manager will prepare detailed reports on procurement status, cost savings, and supplier evaluations for senior management review. Additionally, they will identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising product quality. Managing the procurement budget with transparency and accountability is a fundamental responsibility.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven procurement experience is required, preferably within FMCG, supplements, or retail sectors.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills are essential, along with a deep understanding of supply chain processes and inventory control techniques. Proficiency in procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho, or similar platforms is expected.

Excellent communication and analytical skills are necessary to make informed, strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate critical thinking abilities, high integrity, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in the supplement or nutrition industry, or retail supply chain management, is highly desirable. Familiarity with import procedures and local regulatory compliance will be an advantage.

The ability to manage multiple supplier portfolios in a fast-paced environment is important for success in this role. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs160,000.
