PNY Trainings in Rawalpindi is looking for a dedicated and experienced permanent instructor specializing in web development. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in MERN Stack, React Native, Python, and PHP Laravel, combining both teaching experience and practical industry knowledge. Key Responsibilities
The instructor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training in web development technologies, specifically MERN Stack, React Native, Python, and PHP Laravel. This includes designing and preparing course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that are tailored to meet the diverse needs of students. The role requires facilitating engaging classroom sessions that emphasize hands-on training to build practical skills.

Monitoring student progress is a critical part of the position, with the instructor expected to provide constructive feedback and ongoing support to help learners succeed. Collaboration with the training center team is essential to continuously refine the curriculum and adopt effective teaching methodologies. The instructor will maintain a professional and positive learning environment throughout the full 9-hour workday, which includes a 1-hour break.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least one year of teaching experience in web development or related subjects. Additionally, a minimum of three years of professional experience working with MERN Stack, React Native, Python, and PHP Laravel is required. The ideal instructor will demonstrate strong technical skills and stay current with the latest trends and best practices in web development.

Excellent communication skills are necessary to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to students of varying skill levels. Preference will be given to male candidates for this position.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time role with a work schedule of 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break. The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to PKR 70,000. The work location is onsite at PNY Trainings in Rawalpindi, providing a collaborative and resource-rich environment that supports both instructors and students.
