Key Responsibilities
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with Dewan Foods’ overall business goals. Leading the sales team, the NSM will provide mentorship and guidance to enhance team performance and ensure sales targets are consistently achieved. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach will be crucial to this role, requiring proactive engagement with potential clients and distributors.
Building and maintaining robust relationships with key clients and distribution partners is essential to foster long-term collaboration and loyalty. The NSM will regularly monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data trends, and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes. Collaboration with internal departments such as marketing, supply chain, and finance will be necessary to ensure seamless implementation of sales initiatives and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline, with an MBA preferred. The ideal applicant will have between 8 to 10 years of experience in sales management, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG or food industry. Demonstrated leadership skills, coupled with excellent communication and analytical abilities, are essential.
Strong strategic thinking capabilities and a proven track record of developing and executing effective sales plans that drive business growth are required. The candidate should be adept at navigating competitive markets and managing diverse sales teams to deliver consistent results.
Salary and Employment Details
This is a full-time position based in Islamabad, offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs150,000 to Rs200,000. The final compensation will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
