Supply Chain Executive

Job Summary
Soft Nation Technologies is looking for a committed female Supply Chain Executive to join their team at the Gulshan-e-Iqbal office in Karachi. This full-time position focuses on managing procurement operations to ensure the timely and cost-efficient acquisition of goods and materials. The successful candidate will have relevant experience in supply chain or procurement, strong negotiation capabilities, and the ability to perform well under pressure. The role requires working hours from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm, with a starting monthly salary of Rs35,000.

Key Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for sourcing and evaluating potential suppliers and vendors to meet the company’s material needs. This includes negotiating prices, terms, and delivery schedules to secure cost-effective procurement solutions. The role requires preparing and issuing purchase orders and contracts in line with company policies and procedures.

Maintaining optimal inventory levels is critical; therefore, the executive will monitor stock and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure materials are available as needed. Tracking deliveries and resolving any issues related to delivery delays or quality concerns will also be part of the daily tasks.

Accurate record-keeping is essential, including maintaining detailed procurement records such as supplier information, pricing, and order histories. The executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to understand material requirements and delivery timelines, ensuring smooth operations.

Additionally, analyzing market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities or service improvements is expected. The role also involves assisting in vendor performance evaluations and fostering strong, productive relationships with suppliers.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of six months to one year of experience in procurement or supply chain management is required.

Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in MS Office and procurement-related software is necessary to manage procurement processes efficiently.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
