Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and experienced DME Call Center Agents to join our healthcare campaign focused on orthopedic braces, including knee, back, wrist, and ankle supports. This role involves engaging with patients primarily covered by Medicare or other insurance plans to verify eligibility and qualify leads for medical braces. The position is fast-paced and target-driven, ideal for professionals with prior DME call center experience who possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of call center compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
As a DME Call Center Agent, you will conduct outbound calls to Medicare recipients and other customers to determine their eligibility for durable medical equipment products. You will clearly explain the benefits of orthopedic braces and assess patient eligibility based on insurance coverage and medical conditions. Accurately completing patient information forms and updating CRM systems in real time is essential to ensure smooth processing.
Qualified leads must be transferred promptly to verification teams or licensed representatives for further handling. Throughout all interactions, you will be expected to strictly follow call scripts and maintain high-quality assurance standards. Compliance with HIPAA regulations and other relevant legal requirements is mandatory to protect patient privacy and ensure ethical communication.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of six months recent experience working in a DME call center environment. A strong understanding of Medicare and DME processes, including insurance validation and patient qualification protocols, is essential. Excellent verbal communication skills with fluency in English are required to effectively engage with patients.
The ability to perform efficiently in a high-volume calling environment is crucial, as is the willingness to work night shifts aligned with US time zones. Candidates should be confident communicators who can handle the demands of a target-oriented role while maintaining professionalism and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
