Junior Project Coordinator

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to join our energetic team and support the successful delivery of multiple projects. As a Project Coordinator, you will be instrumental in keeping projects on schedule by managing timelines, facilitating communication, and supporting Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
You will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and review meetings to ensure the entire team stays aligned and focused on project goals. Coordinating project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation across various initiatives will be essential to maintaining a smooth workflow.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with product owners, designers, developers, and QA teams to align priorities and set clear expectations. Maintaining comprehensive and accurate project documentation is critical, including project plans, risk logs, and communications with stakeholders.

Driving continuous improvement by implementing Agile and Scrum best practices will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will schedule and lead both internal and client meetings, capturing outcomes and ensuring that follow-up actions are completed promptly.

Supporting workload prioritization is another important aspect of this role, helping to guarantee that projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. You will need between 3 to 6 months of hands-on experience in a project coordination capacity.

Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or ClickUp is essential. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive and proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment are also required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
