Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in a full-time capacity. The role primarily involves supporting non-management hiring processes, maintaining accurate documentation, and assisting with various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have between six months to one year of relevant experience and be comfortable working on-site. This position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs45,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage non-management recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining the interview list.
- Handle documentation related to hiring and employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Process and update data related to bank accounts and company ID cards efficiently.
- Conduct visits to collection centers and zones as required to support operational needs.
- Maintain comprehensive recordkeeping, including scanning and archiving important documents.
- Monitor and maintain employees’ leave balances accurately.
- Coordinate regularly with the Karachi branch to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Assist in daily routine administrative tasks to support the HR department’s functions.
- Process medical forms and related documentation promptly and accurately.
- Update staffing data on a daily basis to reflect current workforce status.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor or HR Manager to support team objectives.

Required Qualifications
- Six months to one year of relevant experience in HR or administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in data entry and document management.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with different branches and teams.
- Willingness to visit collection centers and zones as needed.
- Comfortable working in an in-person, office-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working in a banking or financial services environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HR software and document scanning/archiving tools.
