Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Fiverr & Upwork Specialist to join our Business Development team. This role is pivotal in harnessing the potential of Fiverr and Upwork platforms to generate leads, close deals, and drive business growth, with a particular focus on the E-commerce and Real Estate sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating compelling gigs and proposals, optimizing profiles for maximum visibility, and nurturing client relationships to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and expanding our presence on Fiverr and Upwork to ensure a steady flow of business leads. This involves understanding client needs deeply and tailoring service offerings specifically for the E-commerce and Real Estate markets. Crafting engaging gigs and proposals that resonate with potential clients, while responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, will be a core part of your daily activities.
Maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through clear communication and timely project delivery is essential. You will be expected to consistently meet and surpass monthly revenue and project goals, ensuring the business’s growth trajectory remains strong.
Analyzing platform analytics to refine your strategies will be key to improving visibility and conversion rates. Staying up to date with Fiverr and Upwork trends, buyer behavior, and algorithm changes will help you maintain a competitive edge. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience as a seller on Fiverr and/or Upwork, with a demonstrable history of successful client acquisition and revenue growth. A solid understanding of E-commerce and Real Estate service offerings is essential to effectively tailor solutions for these markets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills are required to engage clients and close deals effectively. The ability to work independently in a target-driven environment is crucial for success in this role.
Applicants should be able to present a portfolio showcasing top-rated gigs and completed projects on Fiverr and/or Upwork, demonstrating their expertise and results. Proficiency in English is mandatory for clear and professional communication.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
An in-depth understanding of Fiverr and Upwork algorithms, along with profile optimization techniques, will be highly advantageous. Experience in related fields such as SEO, content writing, digital marketing, or web development will further strengthen your candidacy. Prior experience working specifically with Real Estate or E-commerce services is a plus.
This is a full-time, in-person position located in Rawalpindi Satellite Town. The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. We offer a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs60,000, reflecting the importance of this role within our business development strategy.
