Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and personable Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our digital marketing agency and its clients. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, communicative, and skilled at understanding client goals while ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality digital marketing solutions. This role requires maintaining strong client relationships, gaining a deep understanding of their business needs, and collaborating closely with internal teams to consistently exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to enhance satisfaction and retention. Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, promptly addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on project progress. Develop a thorough understanding of client objectives, industries, and challenges to tailor digital marketing strategies effectively.

Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams—including SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Social Media, and Development—to ensure projects are executed on schedule and meet quality standards. Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and results clearly and confidently to clients. Collect and relay client feedback to relevant departments to address needs or concerns promptly.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients, contributing to business growth. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure client expectations are consistently met. Support the onboarding process for new clients, facilitating smooth transitions from the sales team to account management.

Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities relevant to client accounts, leveraging this knowledge to provide strategic insights and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience in account management or client servicing, preferably within a digital marketing or creative agency environment. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Strong organizational and project management capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing is required. Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana), and CRM systems is expected. A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
A minimum of three years’ experience as a Client Relationship Manager is preferred. The position is hybrid-based in Peshawar, requiring in-person collaboration as part of the work arrangement. We offer a competitive salary starting from Rs90,000 per month.
