Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our field sales team based in Islamabad (Naval Anchorage). This full-time position involves managing and motivating sales representatives to drive business growth within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will develop and implement effective sales strategies, foster strong customer relationships, and uphold high standards of customer service. The role requires regular market visits, team coaching, and close collaboration with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts. Additionally, the Field Sales Manager will identify new business opportunities, resolve escalated customer issues, and ensure compliance with company policies. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, with extensive travel expected within the territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team of field sales representatives to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute tailored field sales strategies and territory plans based on market demands.
- Conduct frequent visits to key customers and stakeholders to strengthen relationships and gather valuable market insights.
- Monitor team performance, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance evaluations to foster continuous improvement.
- Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through timely service and diligent follow-up.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, supporting the team in converting leads into sales.
- Track sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to maintain cohesive and effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Address and resolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in field sales or sales management, preferably within the Food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating sales teams effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
- Results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%) within the assigned territory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the HORECA sector is mandatory.
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Islamabad before starting work.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs120,000.
