Sunday Bazar is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Creative Reels Video Editor and Social Media Specialist to join our vibrant team in Karachi. Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for editing dynamic and visually appealing short videos optimized for trending social media formats. This includes integrating creative elements such as music, subtitles, visual effects, and seamless transitions to maximize viewer engagement. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to ensure that all video content aligns with the brand’s voice and campaign objectives.

Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral video formats, and editing techniques is crucial. The role also involves organizing and managing project files efficiently to guarantee timely delivery and maintain consistency across all content. Additionally, the candidate will actively participate in brainstorming and video planning sessions, contributing fresh ideas to elevate the creative output.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in editing social-first short videos, including Reels, TikTok, and Stories, with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience. Proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools is essential.

A strong understanding of video pacing, hooks, and retention strategies specific to short-form content is required. The ideal candidate should possess a creative mindset with a natural flair for storytelling and maintaining visual rhythm. Reliable commuting or relocation to Malir Colony, Karachi, is mandatory as this is an in-person role.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred, and proficiency in English is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Knowledge of motion graphics, basic animation, or Adobe After Effects will be considered a plus. Sunday Bazar offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000, commensurate with skills and portfolio quality.

The work schedule is Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. This role provides an opportunity to work in a collaborative, idea-driven environment that encourages experimentation with the latest social media content trends.

The position is based at House #55, Model Colony, Gulshan-e-Jami, Malir, Karachi (opposite Malir Cantt Checkpost #2).
