Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated IT Support Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining IT systems. Key Responsibilities
You will play a vital role in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems for end users. Supporting daily IT operations will include tasks such as system setup and troubleshooting network connectivity issues. You will provide first-level support for desktop software, hardware, telecom systems, and video conferencing tools, ensuring users receive timely assistance.

Additionally, you will be responsible for reporting, inspecting, and facilitating repairs of malfunctioning equipment to minimize downtime. Setting up and maintaining audio/visual equipment for meetings and presentations will also be part of your duties. Providing IT support to executive staff, including availability for after-hours assistance, is expected to ensure seamless operations.

Accurate documentation and tracking of IT support requests are essential, with escalation of complex issues to senior IT personnel when necessary. You will assist with software installations, updates, and basic system configurations, maintaining professionalism when interacting with employees at all levels, including senior executives. Compliance with company IT policies and security procedures is mandatory.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A basic understanding of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques is essential. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve technical issues effectively are required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with a strong customer service orientation, are necessary to support users efficiently. You must be self-motivated and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Flexibility in schedule, including willingness to provide after-hours and weekend support when needed, is important.

The ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment is critical. Candidates should also be willing to undergo an extended background check if required.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
