Aashi Arsalan Saloon & Spa, a premier beauty destination under Ali Builders, is looking for a skilled Content Creator to elevate and manage its digital presence. This role is pivotal in bringing the brand’s story to life across multiple online platforms through engaging and visually compelling content. Based at the salon’s Karachi location, the ideal candidate will be a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about beauty and wellness.

Key Responsibilities
The Content Creator will be responsible for managing and growing the salon’s social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others. This involves planning, developing, and producing a variety of content formats such as posts, stories, reels, and behind-the-scenes videos that resonate with the target audience.

A crucial part of the role is to create and maintain a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting. The candidate will also monitor social media performance metrics, using insights to optimize content for better reach and engagement.

Engagement with the audience is key, so timely responses to direct messages, comments, and feedback are expected to foster a strong community around the brand. Additionally, the Content Creator will support the launch of online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers aimed at increasing brand visibility and customer interaction.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must have proven experience in content creation or a related digital marketing role. A strong understanding of major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok is essential.

The role demands a creative mindset with a sharp eye for aesthetics and an awareness of current trends in the beauty and wellness sector. Excellent writing and communication skills in both English and Urdu are required to craft compelling content and engage effectively with the audience.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools, including Meta Insights, is necessary to track and analyze content performance. Basic graphic design skills are also important, with proficiency in tools like Canva preferred.

Since this is an on-site role, the candidate must be able to work within a fast-paced salon environment, demonstrating adaptability, teamwork, and a proactive approach.
