Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to support the management of purchase orders and inventory control within our organization. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless procurement and timely delivery of raw materials, trims, and accessories by collaborating closely with vendors and internal teams. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate records within the ERP system and assist with material planning to optimize stock levels and meet production requirements effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and management of Purchase Orders (POs) using the ERP system, specifically for raw materials, trims, and accessories. You will coordinate with vendors and various internal departments to guarantee materials are procured and delivered on schedule, supporting uninterrupted production workflows.

Support the inventory management team by monitoring stock levels, analyzing consumption patterns, and identifying reorder points to maintain optimal inventory. Accurate record-keeping is essential, so you will update the ERP system regularly with information on goods received, stock transfers, and purchase details.

Prepare daily and weekly material tracking reports to keep procurement, warehouse, and production teams informed of current inventory status and upcoming needs. You will also assist in implementing and monitoring material planning and demand forecasting processes to avoid shortages or excess stock.

Ensure all activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and documentation procedures related to material control, maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.

Required Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is required for this position. Candidates should have proven experience or familiarity with ERP systems and purchase order management processes. Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities are essential to work effectively with vendors and internal teams.

Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records is critical for success in this role. The ability to collaborate seamlessly across departments and with external partners will help ensure procurement and inventory operations run smoothly.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary range of Rs45,000.00 to Rs50,000.00 per month. The role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to efficient procurement and inventory management within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
