Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Industrial Sales Manager with a specialization in solar energy to lead our large-scale solar projects across Pakistan. This full-time position is based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore, and involves driving sales growth, managing project execution, nurturing client relationships, and leading a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will focus on achieving ambitious commercial targets while ensuring operational excellence and strict adherence to industry standards. The working hours are Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

The Industrial Sales Manager will identify and pursue high-value industrial solar project opportunities nationwide, helping to expand the company’s presence in the renewable energy sector. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is essential, requiring a deep understanding of each client’s unique energy needs and the ability to provide customized solar solutions.

You will be responsible for achieving an annual sales target of PKR 1 Billion by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals. A critical early goal is to drive solar project sales and oversee the installation of at least 1MW within the first three months.

Managing the entire project lifecycle is a core duty, including conducting site surveys, system design, installation, and commissioning. You will ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Acting as the primary contact for industrial clients, you will provide tailored solutions and comprehensive after-sales support to maximize client satisfaction.

Financial oversight is also key: preparing and monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and performing financial forecasting and cost-benefit analyses to maintain profitability. Compliance with local and national regulations is mandatory, alongside enforcing strict safety protocols to minimize on-site risks.

You will lead cross-functional teams comprising sales, engineering, and field staff, conducting regular training sessions to enhance team performance and consistency. Analyzing solar system performance data to optimize efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and long-term savings for clients is also expected. You will generate detailed performance and ROI reports for stakeholders.

This role requires managing projects across multiple cities and regions, supporting the company’s growth in the industrial solar segment nationwide.

Required Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy disciplines. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in solar energy is required, with a proven track record in industrial sales and project delivery.

Strong knowledge of industrial solar systems, net metering, EPC operations, and solar technologies is essential. The role demands excellent leadership, project management, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and CRM software is necessary. The candidate must be willing to travel frequently for site visits and project oversight across the country.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is considered an advantage. We offer a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs150,000.
