Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in sales, preferably within the automotive parts industry. This role requires strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with buyers, retailers, and wholesalers, along with excellent negotiation and mediation abilities to finalize agreements that benefit both the company and its clients. The position focuses on selling auto parts, spare parts, automotive batteries, and lubricants across Karachi and the Sindh province.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with buyers, retailers, and wholesalers in the automotive sector. You will actively manage sales activities related to auto parts and spare parts, ensuring that customer needs are met promptly and professionally. Negotiating sales terms and mediating agreements will be a critical part of your role to ensure mutual satisfaction and foster business growth. Achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base within the designated territory is essential. Additionally, you will provide detailed product knowledge and support to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have at least three years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive parts industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to interact effectively with a diverse range of clients. Proven negotiation and mediation skills are required to close deals successfully and maintain positive business relationships. Familiarity with the market dynamics of Karachi and the Sindh province is crucial for understanding customer needs and regional sales trends. An intermediate level of education is preferred to ensure the ability to manage sales documentation and communication efficiently.

This is a full-time, in-person role with a monthly salary range of Rs50,000 to Rs70,000.
