SQA Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team and help ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze software requirements and technical specifications to develop comprehensive and effective test plans.
- Design, write, and execute both manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications, ensuring broad test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects using industry-standard tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or equivalent platforms.
- Conduct various testing types including regression, functional, integration, system, and performance testing to validate software quality.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and fellow QA engineers within Agile and Scrum frameworks to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Ensure that all QA processes comply with industry standards and best practices, maintaining a high level of quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain detailed and organized test documentation, and generate comprehensive test reports to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience in software quality assurance or software testing roles, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering quality software.
- Hands-on experience with popular testing tools such as Selenium, Postman, JMeter, TestNG, or Cypress.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and bug life cycle management.
- Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions to support automated testing pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work efficiently within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive starting salary of Rs 50.00 per month.
