Key Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to receive, verify, and process booking forms for property units, ensuring that all client details and required documentation are complete and accurate. You will work closely with sales and finance teams to secure necessary approvals and confirm payment statuses. Maintaining up-to-date booking records in both physical and digital formats is essential to preserve data integrity and support operational workflows. Additionally, you will assist clients by responding to their questions regarding booking forms and documentation requirements. Required Qualifications
