Call Center Supervisor/Agent - Aesthetic Clinic

Job Summary
We are a leading aesthetic clinic situated in Lahore DHA Phase 4, committed to delivering top-tier skincare and beauty treatments. We are currently looking for a Patient Coordinator who is fluent in both Arabic and English to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on supporting our sales and client relations from the back office. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive and solution-driven approach, and strong organizational capabilities. You will be instrumental in ensuring clients receive exceptional service from their first inquiry through to follow-up after appointments.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries professionally and courteously via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
- Schedule and confirm appointments to maintain smooth daily clinic operations.
- Provide clients with accurate, detailed information about our aesthetic treatments and services.
- Promote and sell services and products over the phone when appropriate, benefiting from a commission-based incentive.
- Maintain and update client records and internal systems with precision.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups to confirm bookings, gather client feedback, and encourage repeat visits.
- Work closely with clinic staff to ensure a seamless, positive experience for every client.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential for effective communication.
- Between 2 to 4 years of experience in customer service or coordination roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
