Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for generating leads that support business expansion. You will manage and execute Direct Marketing Efforts (DME) campaigns, ensuring they are carried out efficiently and effectively. Prompt and professional responses to client inquiries are essential to maintain high customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will be tasked with maintaining accurate and organized data records to support operational needs. Collaboration with team members is crucial to achieving shared goals and driving overall success.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must be between 18 and 25 years of age. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory to communicate effectively with customers. Work Schedule and Location
This is a full-time, onsite position based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 05, near NIPA. The work schedule is an evening shift from 7:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, offering a consistent routine with weekends partially off.
Compensation
The monthly salary for this role ranges from Rs 25,000 to Rs 50,000, reflecting experience and performance. This competitive package, combined with commissions and bonuses, makes it a rewarding opportunity for motivated candidates.
