Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will proactively identify and qualify potential clients that align with the agency’s expertise and target market. You will develop compelling proposals and presentations that clearly showcase the agency’s capabilities, unique value proposition, and proven track record. Managing the entire sales cycle is essential, including lead generation, initial outreach, contract negotiation, and deal closure. Collaboration with internal teams is critical to create customized marketing solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs. Additionally, staying abreast of industry trends and continuously seeking new business opportunities will be vital to support the agency’s expansion goals.

Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with a Master’s degree preferred. You must have 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within an advertising or marketing agency environment. A proven track record of generating new business and consistently exceeding sales targets is essential. Strong knowledge of the advertising and marketing industry, including current trends and best practices, is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are necessary to effectively convey complex ideas and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about driving business growth. The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team is also important.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
While a Master’s degree is preferred, candidates with approximately four years of marketing experience are highly desirable. This is a full-time, in-person position offering a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 100,000 to Rs 150,000.
