Job Summary
The HR Executive will work closely with the CEO and Director to strategically design and implement human resource initiatives that drive organizational efficiency and enhance employee productivity. This role encompasses a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, benefits administration, and HR operations management. The ideal candidate will contribute to creating a positive and engaging work environment while supporting the company’s overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily HR operations effectively by utilizing HR software to maintain accurate employee records, including attendance and leave data. Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes that meet organizational needs.
Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement activities, including the development and submission of an annual engagement plan aimed at fostering a motivated workforce. Administer pay scales and benefits by implementing structured grading systems to standardize compensation and eliminate disparities.
Assist in the rollout of HR software by gathering user requirements and conducting regular testing to ensure the system meets functional expectations. Develop, update, and enforce organizational policies, processes, and strategies, identifying any gaps and addressing them proactively.
Lead performance management initiatives by establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate employee progress. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and local regulations, maintaining a legally sound HR framework.
Collaborate with department heads to understand their HR-related requirements and provide tailored support. Implement policies and procedures that promote a positive organizational culture, motivation, and constructive employee attitudes.
Document all HR processes and policies clearly and comprehensively to ensure transparency and consistency. Manage employee exit procedures and succession planning to maintain workforce stability and continuity.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the CEO or Director, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Candidates should have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of HR management practices and systems is essential. The candidate must demonstrate excellent multitasking and time management skills, with a proven ability to meet targets consistently.
Self-motivation and resilience are critical, along with strong influencing and negotiation skills. The role demands entrepreneurial problem-solving abilities to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions.
Exceptional communication skills are required to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. High interpersonal skills are necessary for managing sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is expected.
Additional Information
This full-time position is based primarily at PECHS Block 6, Karachi, with occasional assignments at a secondary site in Korangi Creek, Karachi. The role offers a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs80,000.
