Edge Solutions, a reputable IATA-accredited travel management company, is looking to hire a skilled Ticketing Consultant/Ticketing Executive to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
The Ticketing Consultant will be tasked with preparing detailed airline itineraries and accurately calculating fares to provide precise quotations. They will handle reservations and ticket issuance for a variety of domestic and international flights. Providing exceptional customer support is a core part of the role, including advising clients on schedules, routes, and company travel policies. Additionally, the consultant will conduct pre-flight checks to ensure all bookings comply with airline rules and regulations, maintaining smooth travel experiences for clients.
Required Qualifications
Candidates must have completed at least intermediate education or hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com). A minimum of three years of professional experience as a Ticketing Officer is required to ensure familiarity with the complexities of airline ticketing. Expertise in Galileo GDS is critical, including skills in routing, fare pricing, ticket issuance, re-issuance, and processing refunds. Strong communication skills are necessary to confidently interact with customers and explain travel options clearly. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is also expected.

The company offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs50,000 to Rs70,000, reflecting the candidate’s experience and skills.
