Job Summary
Enza Home is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our vibrant team. As a leader in luxury furniture, home décor, and interior design services, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional design solutions tailored to our clients' unique tastes. In this role, you will play a crucial part in identifying new business prospects, fostering strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in the market. The position involves significant outdoor engagement, including visits to potential corporate and retail clients. You will collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients, industries, and market segments that present new business opportunities.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients through networking, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans aimed at meeting sales targets and expanding the customer base.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts that address the specific needs of each prospective client.
- Work in close coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth project transitions and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to sustain a competitive advantage.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or a related area, with a proven track record of consistently meeting sales targets and building strong client relationships.
- Strong aptitude for outdoor selling, relationship management, and lead generation.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker capable of analyzing market opportunities and devising effective business strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
