Key Responsibilities
Lead the full-cycle international recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent worldwide. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define clear role specifications tailored to various regions.

Design and implement an engaging and seamless onboarding experience for new international hires to ensure they integrate smoothly into the company culture and operations.

Serve as the main HR point of contact for international employees, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs promptly and effectively.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies across all countries where Avanceon operates, maintaining a strong understanding of regional legal requirements.

Support the entire employee lifecycle, including performance management, employee engagement initiatives, and offboarding processes, ensuring consistency and fairness.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while managing HR systems with a strong focus on data integrity and confidentiality.

Track, analyze, and report on key talent metrics such as time-to-hire, retention rates, and employee engagement levels. Use these insights to recommend and implement data-driven improvements.

Continuously streamline and optimize global HR processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee satisfaction across regions.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.

You should have 2-3 years of experience in international talent acquisition, HR operations, or employee experience roles, demonstrating your ability to manage diverse and complex projects.

A solid understanding of global employment laws, cultural nuances, and international HR best practices is critical to succeed in this role.

Proven capability to juggle multiple recruitment and operational projects in a fast-moving environment while maintaining high quality.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones and cultural contexts.

Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and other HR tools such as Greenhouse, BambooHR, or Workday.

An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and extract actionable insights.

High attention to detail combined with a proactive, solution-oriented approach to challenges.
