Job Summary
Digital Phantom, a dynamic full-service digital marketing and business solutions agency, is seeking a skilled Architectural Drafter to join our fully remote team. We offer expertise in web development, marketing, creative design, and consulting, with specialized drafting and design services tailored to the construction, renovation, and real estate industries across North America. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a detail-driven professional capable of producing accurate architectural drawings and permit-ready documentation for both residential and commercial projects. This role demands strong technical proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to convert concepts into high-quality drawings while working collaboratively with project managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive architectural drawings, elevations, and construction documents for a wide range of projects. You will translate design sketches, notes, and client feedback into precise technical drawings using AutoCAD or comparable software. Close collaboration with project managers and clients is essential to incorporate revisions and ensure all updates are accurately reflected. You will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring all drawings comply with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will manage and update project files and documentation to support smooth project progression and effective communication.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. A minimum of two years’ experience in architectural drafting is required, with proven proficiency in AutoCAD. Familiarity with other design software such as Revit or SketchUp is considered an advantage. The ability to accurately interpret architectural and structural plans is essential. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables is critical. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently are necessary to succeed in this role. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required to facilitate clear communication within our remote team and with clients.

We offer a competitive salary starting at Rs90,000.00 per month, commensurate with experience. This is a fully remote position, providing flexible work arrangements that allow you to contribute from any location while working aligned with Canadian Eastern Standard Time (EST).
