Job Summary
Marvellous Holidays, a fast-growing hospitality company located in Blue Area, Islamabad, specializes in tailored hotel bookings and comprehensive travel solutions. With a robust network of over 400 partner hotels across Pakistan and internationally, the company caters to a wide range of clients, from leisure travelers to corporate guests. The primary goal is to transform every hotel inquiry into a confirmed booking by providing exceptional service, conducting strategic follow-ups, and offering competitive pricing. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in managing and converting incoming hotel inquiries—whether hot, warm, or cold leads—by understanding client needs and matching them with the most suitable hotel options.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert all incoming leads from multiple channels, including the company website, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and client referrals.
- Assess the nature of each lead (cold, warm, or hot) and apply the appropriate sales approach to maximize conversion.
- Engage with potential clients to thoroughly understand their hotel requirements and present tailored options from the extensive portfolio of over 400 partner hotels.
- Negotiate pricing, address client concerns, and confidently close bookings to meet client expectations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and booking outcomes to ensure transparency and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the hotel coordination team to verify availability and finalize booking details promptly.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional travel services such as tours and transportation to enhance the client experience and boost revenue.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or the hospitality sector is preferred.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills, especially through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other digital communication platforms.
- Strong ability to assess client needs accurately and match them with appropriate hotel offerings.
- Comfortable using lead management tools, social media channels, and basic CRM software.
- Proactive, well-organized, and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
- Fluency in both English and Urdu is essential for effective client interaction.
